What to do when you receive an invitation to a Foundation store (Buyers)

A vendor can invite you, as a buyer, to their store on the Foundation platform. Follow these steps to accept the invitation.

A vendor can invite you, as a customer/buyer, to their store on the Foundation platform. Your details would have been entered into the system for the invite.

Here are the steps to follow when you receive an invitation:

Step 1: Click the 'Accept Invitation' button in the invitation email.

The email invitation will include details of the store and an 'Accept Invitation' button. 

Step 2: Follow the prompts.

Once you click on this button, you'll be prompted to set up your buyer account and a password.

Step 3: You are automatically logged in. Welcome to the Foundation platform!

After setting up the password, you'll be logged into the storefront and will be able to see the store's product catalog and place an order from that store.
