If you use Katana for inventory management, Foundation can send orders placed on your Foundation website to Katana. Orders sent from Foundation shows up as sales order in Katana.
How does Foundation work with Katana?
- All orders placed on Foundation are sent to Katana as Sales Orders
- If an ordered SKU does not exist in Katana, Foundation creates the SKU in Katana
- If a customer does not exist in Katana, Foundation creates the customer in Katana
📖 To enable the integration, go to Foundation Integrations from the Admin Section and click on Katana.
To integrate with Katana, you need to provide the API Key🗝️ from Katana.

To generate a live API key🗝️:
- Log in to your Katana account
- Go to Settings > API
- Select Add new API key
