How to Reset Your Password on the Storefront (Buyers)

This guide will walk you through two methods to reset your password.

Forgetting your password can be frustrating, but resetting it is a straightforward process.

Method 1: Using the "Forgot Password" Option

Step 1: Access the Login Page

Go to the storefront login page. Enter your email address and hit continue. You will be prompted to enter your password if already set.

Step 2: Select "Forgot Password"

If you don't remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link.

Step 3: Check Email for Link

Check your email for a reset link with instructions to reset your password.

Step 4: Reset Your Password

Click on the reset link in the email. Follow the instructions to enter and confirm your new password.

Method 2: From Your Account Profile

Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings

If you are already logged into your account, click on your profile and go to the "Account" section.
