How to print your packing list

This section will provide you with the steps on how you can print a packing list once an order is placed.

If you want to include a packing list in the order, you can do so by following these steps:

Step 1: Log in and navigate to Orders

Log into the Seller Portal and navigate to the 'Orders' tab' on the left navigation menu. 

Step 2: Select the order that you are working on.

From the list of orders, select the particular order that you are working on (by default, the most recent order will be at the top of the list).

Step 3: Click the three dotted lines at the top right corner and select View Purchase Order.

On the top right, there are three dotted lines next to the Update Status button. Clicking it will reveal a drop-down menu where you can select the option to View Purchase Order.

Step 4: Wait for the system to automatically open and download a PDF file, this is now your packing list.

After clicking View Purchase Order, the system will automatically open and download a PDF file that will now serve as your packing list. Select Download purchase order (CSV), if you want a CSV file of the order.

📖By downloading the purchase order either as a PDF or as a CSV file, will allow you to modify its contents or customized the information that you want to show.
