How to register and place an order as a Buyer

To view the store's product catalog and place an order, you must log into your account as a Buyer.

A Buyer can create an account in one of two ways: either by accepting the invitation that the Seller sends you, or by creating your account directly.

📢If the invitation from the Seller has already been sent to you, all you need to do is accept it by following the instructions in this article and start your journey as a buyer:

Here's how you can directly create an account as a Buyer if you have not been invited yet:

Step 1: At the top right corner of the store, click the Sign up button.

💡First, ensure that you have the store's URL ; type or paste it in your browser's address bar.

Step 2: You'll be redirected to an account creation page. Enter your details as necessary.

💡Click Apply to submit your information for review of the Seller.

Step 3: You will receive an on-screen confirmation from the system along with an acknowledgement that your application has been submitted.

💡At this stage, the Seller would need to approve your request. Once approved, another email confirming your successful account creation will be sent out.

Step 4: Finally, you will be notified of a successful account creation. You will be required to set a password in order to complete your login credentials and begin placing orders.
